The Texas Education Agency has released the spring 2025 STAAR results for students in grades 3-8, along with end-of-course results for secondary students. Frisco Independent School District (FISD) students have again surpassed state averages across all grades and subjects.
A detailed analysis of these results will be presented to the Board of Trustees in the fall. This presentation will also include Advanced Placement scores, SAT and ACT scores, and comparisons to regional and state outcomes.
Frisco ISD students can access their individual State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness results through the Home Access Center (HAC). The district’s website offers a guide for families unfamiliar with this process.
For those experiencing issues accessing their student’s STAAR results, assistance is available via email at ISregistration@friscoisd.org. Inquiries should include the student’s full name, ID, and a description of the issue, with responses expected within three business days. For students not enrolled in Frisco ISD during the 2024-25 school year, contact TEA using the Student Assessment Help Desk or by calling 512-463-9536. It’s important to note that HAC cannot be accessed from outside the United States.
Each campus and district in Texas will receive an A-F rating for the 2024-25 school year based primarily on STAAR results. The most recent available rating was delayed by litigation but covers the 2022-23 school year, during which Frisco ISD was noted as the largest district to receive an “A.” Ratings for subsequent school years are anticipated soon.
