State Representative Jeff Leach has announced his intention to seek re-election to the Texas House of Representatives for District 67. Leach, who has lived in Collin County all his life, stated that he remains focused on providing property tax relief, strengthening education, protecting children, and upholding values such as faith, family, and freedom.
“Representing the people of House District 67 in the Texas House is one of the greatest honors of my life,” said Leach. “This past session, we fought for historic property tax relief, made transformative investments in our public schools, delivered the nation’s largest day-one school choice program passed critical legislation to protect our kids, safeguard our families and keep our communities safe. I kept my promises to my constituents. But we’re not done yet – and I’m running for re-election to keep building on that momentum.”
Leach has received endorsements from former President Donald Trump and Governor Greg Abbott as he begins his campaign.
“Based on your Professionalism and, even more importantly, your Patriotism, and in recognition of your outstanding service to the Great People of Texas, I am honored to give you, Jeff Leach, my Complete and Total Endorsement in the upcoming Re-Election.” – President Donald J. Trump
“Jeff Leach is a conservative leader who gets results. He passed Trey’s Law to protect vulnerable children and delivered legislation to empower parents and support educators.” -Governor Greg Abbott
Leach emphasized his commitment to representing his constituents’ priorities. “As I have always done, every single day this session I rolled up my sleeves and fought hard for the values and priorities of the people I represent. For as long as I have the blessing of serving in the Texas House, I will continue to fight to protect our children, empower our parents, defend our freedoms, and strengthen our communities,” said Leach. “I look forward to continuing that work in the Texas House.”
Leach has served as a Republican member of the Texas State House since 2013 after succeeding Jerry A. Madden as representative for District 67.
