Keresa Richardson, a Republican elected to the Texas State House in 2025 representing the 61st district, has recently shared updates on her activities and achievements through her social media account.
On November 7, 2025, Richardson highlighted her attendance at a local event by posting: “The City of McKinney’s “State of the City” event was a packed house! Excellent speakers and information from: Mayor Bill Cox Dr. Neil Matkin, Collin College President Dr. Shawn Pratt, MISD Superintendent Jennifer Arnold, Assistant City Manager Chamber President Lisa Hermes”.
The following day, on November 8, she announced her plans for re-election with details about the filing event: “WHAT: Rep.
