On Monday, June 2, former Melissa High School standout Rachel Wells’ current collegiate team the Texas Longhorns won 2-0 against the Tennessee Lady Volunteers in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.
The game took place at Devon Park at 11:05 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Tennessee Lady Volunteers in the tournament.
The Texas Longhorns’ next game will take place on Wednesday, June 4 at 7 p.m. at Devon Park.
