Rep. Keith Self, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, posted a series of statements on his social media account between November 5 and November 6, 2025, addressing national political figures and recent developments.

On November 5, Rep. Self wrote: “I encourage @realDonaldTrump to call the bluff of Leaders Jeffries and Schumer to meet with them “anytime and anyplace.” Make it public, with cameras rolling, so the attempted fleecing of the American people by these two self-serving despots—and their comrades—is on display for”.

In another post dated November 6, he commented on a presidential nomination: “This is a tremendous nomination by @POTUS—Dan Bishop is a true patriot and staunch defender of the U.S. Constitution!”

Later that day, Rep. Self criticized Democratic lawmakers in a separate statement: “Democrats continue to put illegal aliens, insurance companies, and their reckless spending demands over the American people—no matter the cost!”

Rep. Keith Self has represented his district following victories in both the 2022 and 2024 general elections against Sandeep Srivastava. In 2024, he secured re-election with approximately 62.5% of the vote compared to Srivastava’s 37.6%. Two years earlier, he won with about 60.5% of votes to Srivastava’s 36.9%.
