Plans for the green open-air park at the heart of the City of Carrollton’s premier project will go on as planned.

The systematic plans show the landscape image for the open-air park, which will serve as the universal hub for the new development. The park will feature a large lawn for casual entertainment. Additionally, the park will feature a special event space for concerts and public businesses.

“The esplanade is the second monumental milestone of the project,” Carrollton Urban Development Director Ravi Shah said in a press release. “The first milestone was the approval in April for a 125,000-square foot, six-story class A office structure to serve as the marquee building within the new development.”

The new park will offer a walkable community area for residents to get some exercise. Moreover, seamlessly connecting shopping, dining, entertainment, living, and working will also be available in the new park.

Officials at Carrollton Urban Development highlight the benefits of a Class A office structure that will also be built on the property. The director adds that gaining approval was the first milestone. Now, the project can move forward as planned.
