Median home valuations in Dallas rose to $393,542 in April

The median assessed value of a home sold in April in Dallas rose by $15,542 while total valuation decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 54 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $393,542 - a 4.1 percent increase over the $378,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Dallas in April 2021.
