McKinney, Texas — Substitute teachers play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education when regular teachers are unavailable. McKinney ISD is currently seeking qualified substitutes to join its team.
The district will process substitute applications for the current school year from July 1, 2024, through February 1, 2025. Preference will be given to applicants with valid teaching certificates.
MISD also seeks substitutes for paraprofessional staff, including clerical and classroom aides, as well as speech pathologists and nurses. The latter positions require RN licensure.
