Twelve MISD schools achieve Level 3 Certification in Marzano High Reliability Schools
McKinney, Texas – McKinney ISD has announced that 12 additional schools have achieved Level 3 Certification in Marzano High Reliability Schools. The newly certified schools include Bennett Elementary, Caldwell Elementary, Finch Elementary, Glen Oaks Elementary, Lawson Early Childhood School, McGowen Elementary, McNeil Elementary, Webb Elementary, Cockrill Middle School, Dowell Middle School, Evans Middle School, and Scott Johnson Middle School.

McKinney ISD offers free summer meals for local children
This summer, McKinney ISD will provide healthy, no-cost meals to children 18 and younger and enrolled students with disabilities up to 21 years old. The initiative is part of the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), a U.S. Department of Agriculture nutrition program administered in Texas by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). For children who rely on school meals during the academic year, these summer meals offer a source of good nutrition.
