7 companies in cities within Denton County received seven inspections in Q3

There were seven companies in cities associated with Denton County, Texas, that received seven FDA inspections in the third quarter of 2024, according to reports from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This is a 36.4% decrease from the number of companies inspected in the previous quarter, when 11 companies received 11 inspections.

Most of the companies inspected at the time were involved in the Food and Cosmetics and Devices sectors. The Biologics and Tobacco sectors sectors, along with one other sector, tied for second most common type.

There were six companies in line with FDA regulations that do not need to adjust their management operations or regulatory/administrative actions. One should take voluntary action to correct its management operations.
