2 gas stations in cities throughout Collin County had the cheapest diesel in week ending May 25

There were two gas stations in cities across Collin County selling diesel at the lowest price of $3.29 per gallon in the week ending May 25, according to GasBuddy.com.

The average cost of diesel in cities within Collin County was $3.48 per gallon.

Of the 17 gas stations in cities within Collin County, six offer diesel.

The average price of diesel in Texas was $3.38, compared to $3.43 the week before.

Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.

The cost of rising gas prices is made tougher on average U.S. families by rising inflation. Families had to pay nearly 3.5% more for average goods and food they needed.
