Wylie, Texas - Congressman Keith Self is organizing a forum on Saturday, September 23rd, to provide valuable information about the U.S. Service Academies nomination process. This event will be open to students, parents, and high school faculty who are interested in learning about the academies and their respective nomination procedures.
Speaking about the significance of attending a service academy, Congressman Keith Self, a West Point graduate, emphasized, "As a West Point graduate, I can confidently say that attending a service academy provided one of the greatest learning experiences of my life. I consider my role in educating the next generation of service members both a duty and an honor. I want to send the best and the brightest to the service academies. They will one day defend our nation’s vital interests."
