Frisco ISD's girls basketball teams have successfully advanced to the second round of the playoffs. The teams, Heritage, Memorial, Panther Creek, and Wakeland, will compete in the area round on February 13th and 14th. In this stage, Frisco ISD teams will not face each other. Victors from these matches will move forward to the regional semifinals as they aim for a spot in the UIL state championship games scheduled for February 28th and March 1st at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
The area-round matchups are set as follows: Wakeland will play against Anna on Thursday, February 13th at Allen High School. Tickets can be purchased through Allen ISD Tickets. On Friday, February 14th, Heritage will face Melissa at Prosper Rock Hill High School with tickets available via Prosper ISD Tickets. Memorial is set to compete against Lovejoy at Hebron High School; ticket information is provided by Lewisville ISD Tickets. Lastly, Panther Creek will take on Lincoln at Newman Smith High School with tickets available through CFBISD Tickets.
