Early voting for three seats on the Frisco ISD Board of Trustees opens on Tuesday, April 22. Community members are urged to participate in the election process. Voters will select trustees for Places 1, 2, and 3. The elections are at-large, allowing registered voters within the District boundaries to vote for any of these positions.

The candidates and their order on the ballot are as follows:

- Place 1: Amit Kalra, Suresh Manduva, and Muni Janagarajan

- Place 2: Melanie Barrios Jones, Ange Yao, and Renee Sample

- Place 3: Stuart Shulman and Stephanie Elad

In 2017, Frisco ISD passed a resolution to foster and support a culture of voting, promoting maximum engagement by District employees and eligible students in elections. Early voting continues through April 29, ahead of the May 3 municipal elections.

Key dates for voters include:

- April 22: Beginning of early voting

- April 29: Conclusion of early voting

- May 3: Election day

Candidate forums have been held, with videos available from the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and ICF Candidate Forum.
