Imagine International Academy of North Texas School District Education: 609 Asian students were enrolled in schools in 2021-22 school year

There were 609 Asian students enrolled in Imagine International Academy of North Texas School District in the 2021-22 school year, 4.6% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Imagine International Academy of North Texas School District welcomed 1,386 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, Asian students comprised 43.9% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

Imagine International Academy of North Texas School District roughly covers schools within Collin County and has a main office in McKinney.

Imagine International Academy of North Texas was the only school in the district which enrolled Asian students, welcoming 609 students in the 2021-22 school year.

Education in Texas is often a hot button issue, especially as test scores lag behind other states.

"The problems commonly cited are flaws in the school financing system, relatively low teacher salary, poor test performance by students... dropouts from traditional schools in favor of charter schools... gun violence, and mental health issues," claimed the Texas Almanac.
