Frisco ISD soccer teams prepare for upcoming playoff matches

The Frisco Independent School District (FISD) has announced that 15 of its soccer teams have qualified for the playoffs. The playoff matches are set to begin this week with the bi-district round.

The schedule is as follows: Heritage will face Highland Park on Thursday, March 20 at 5:30 p.m. at McKinney ISD Stadium. Centennial will play against Wakeland on Friday, March 21 at 5:30 p.m. at Frisco High School. Memorial is set to compete with Lone Star on the same day and time at Kuykendall Stadium.

Lebanon Trail will go up against Reedy on Friday, March 21 at 7:30 p.m., also at Kuykendall Stadium. Panther Creek will take on Mabank on Friday, March 21 at 7 p.m. at Royse City Stadium and will also play Nevada Community on Thursday, March 20 at 6 p.m. at Wylie ISD Stadium.

Centennial's second match in the round is against RL Turner on Thursday, March 20 at 7 p.m. at Standridge Stadium in Carrollton. Memorial will face Highland Park again on Thursday, March 20 at Eagle-Mustang Stadium in Richardson starting from 6 p.m.

Wakeland versus Liberty is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at Centennial High School beginning from 7:30 p.m., while Reedy is set to compete against Heritage later that evening at Reedy High School.
