Eight Frisco ISD softball teams are set to begin their playoff matches this week. The competitions will feature both single-game playoffs and three-game series.
The schedule is as follows:
Emerson will face Creekview in a one-game playoff on Thursday, April 24, at 7 p.m. The game will take place at Frisco Cotten Field. Tickets are available at the Frisco ISD ticket website.
Lebanon Trail goes against Wakeland in a one-game playoff on Friday, April 25, at 6 p.m. at Panther Creek High School. Tickets can be purchased online.
Panther Creek is scheduled to compete against Sanger in a best-of-three series. All matches will occur at Denton Braswell High School. Game 1 is planned for 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 24. The second game is set for 6 p.m. on Friday, April 25. If needed, a third game will happen at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 26. Tickets for this series are available through Denton ISD Tickets.
Frisco will compete against Reedy in another three-game series. The opening game will be at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, at Reedy High School. The second game will take place at the same time on April 25 at Frisco's Cotten Field. Should a third game be necessary, it will be played on Saturday, April 26, at Panther Creek High School. Tickets are obtainable via the Frisco ISD ticket website.
Liberty and Lone Star will also face off in a three-game series, with all games happening at Independence High School. The first game starts at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 24. The second game is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Friday, April 25. If a third game is required, it will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 26. Tickets are available for purchase online.
